Melchor is a seasoned project delivery professional with more than 20 years of experience working in digital, technology and business transformation projects.
He has proven ability in engaging stakeholders at various levels and is adept at working in various delivery methodologies applying Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, Lean and Lean Six Sigma principles.
Melchor is highly regarded within the Tasmanian business analysis community. He's volunteered in facilitating study groups and actively mentoring those who are interested to learn business analysis.
He was named 2022 Branch Volunteer of the Year by IIBA Australia.
