Our story

Founded in 2015 by John and Kerrie Mazengarb, GSD’s mission has always revolved around elevating Tasmania and partnering with organisations to cultivate local talent, workforce skills and capabilities. As proud long-term Tasmanians, John and Kerrie built an organisation focused on delivering great work across key sectors and industries to support the advancement, growth and prosperity of Tasmania.
Through actively hiring local talent and fostering skills development with our people, John and Kerrie have built a team of 45+ experts. Under John and Kerrie’s leadership, our GSD people have empowered our clients to confidently navigate changes of their organisations and simplify complex business transitions to deliver vital initiatives for the Tasmanian community.

Still wondering why we’re called GSD? It’s because we Get Sh*t Done.
Not scared to point out the elephant in the room, our experts quickly made a name for themselves by offering effective business transformation consulting, project delivery and strategy without any of the BS. This way of working caught on, and our expert pool quickly grew from 5 to 30+.

It turns out that attracting the right talent is as simple as building a supporting culture and maintaining a shared desire to help clients smash their goals. We don’t just talk the talk. That transformation thing we keep talking about has been a huge driver for us as a business.
