Co-founder and Chair, Kerrie Mazengarb is a leading specialist in organisational and strategic transformation change within Tasmania. She has over 30 years' experience in leadership roles within major business initiatives, strategic reviews, and transformation projects across many and varied industries.
Kerrie is a map maker, and sense maker, who is founded in purpose, and passionate about how businesses and their people can step into new futures and challenges by collaboration, co-creation and people centred design.
Kerrie loves work that disrupts whole systems, and challenges leaders to lead through ambiguity and change. Through her skilled perception of holistic change, understanding of operating environments and stakeholder management, Kerrie ensures meaningful and lasting change transformation is achieved.
Kerrie is obsessively curious, and always questions and challenges the status quo, she is always looking for the "what if's" and the "what is possible" to expand and grow our community.
Kerrie is passionately Tasmanian, and believes we can build a truly amazing future for all Tasmanians, in all aspects of life, and ensure a positive future for our community, allowing them to thrive for generations to come.
