Jane is a senior service delivery professional, with commercial acumen and cultural awareness stemming from international adventures across all areas of IT.

Jane has worked with IBM Australia and IBM Middle East and Africa, based in the United Arab Emirates for 10 years, managing the IT delivery of 54 growth market sites. 

She established and lead the major incident management team, and problem and change management for the IBM client, Etihad Airways, before returning home to Australia and joining GSD Advisors in 2021.  

Jane has a commonsense approach to managing projects, encouraging an agile approach. As an ex-police officer, she has well-developed problem-solving and essential interpersonal skills.
