Helping Tassie inline hockey hopefuls follow their dreams
Here at GSD, we're not just about helping to change the future for businesses, but for the community.

For the past 6 years we have supported young Tasmanian athletes to attend the Australian Inline Hockey Championships by sponsoring jerseys, caps, equipment and transport.

Our co-founders John and Kerrie Mazengarb are huge supporters of the sport.
‘For us, it’s not just about supporting up-and-coming inline hockey stars,’ Kerrie says, ‘but helping to provide a pathway for these children who may otherwise not have the opportunity.

‘We know the benefits of team sport go far beyond physical health, including positive social impacts and connections and mental health benefits.
'We are strong believers in supporting the Tasmanian community to have a positive, healthy, connected future.'

In the past 6 years the number of Tassie junior players has increased progressively from 5 to 44, with the state bringing home their best ever result from the Nationals in Queensland last week.

The Under 13 team not only came home with a silver medal, but one of the team was awarded most valuable player in the Grand Final, and the team’s goalie awarded best in their division. The Under 15 and Under 23 goalies were also named best in their division, while the Under 9, Under 11, Under 23 and Junior Women teams all snared bronze.
